Job Title: Sales Analyst (SAP SD)
Location: Gurugram
Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Analyst (SAP SD) who will be responsible for managing sales data, preparing MIS reports, analyzing sales information and supporting business decision-making.
The role involves working with SAP SD, CRM and Excel-based data sources to maintain accurate sales records, generate dashboards and provide meaningful insights to business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Extract sales-related data from SAP SD, CRM and other business systems
Clean, validate and maintain accuracy of sales data
Manage and organize customer database, sales order data, revenue data and sales performance records
Analyze sales information and identify trends, gaps and opportunities
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards
Create Excel-based reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis tools
Track sales KPIs, order status, revenue performance and business metrics
Support sales forecasting and performance analysis
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and internal teams for data requirements
Maintain CRM-related sales information and ensure data accuracy
Required Skills & Experience:
4–8 years of experience in Sales Analytics / MIS Reporting / Sales Operations
Hands-on experience with SAP SD Module is mandatory
Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards)
Experience in sales data management, reporting and analysis
Good understanding of sales processes and CRM systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination skills
