Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales skills, including experience in selling apparel, textiles, or luxury goods and achieving sales targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build trust, maintain long-term relationships, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge and Communication skills to explain fabric qualities, craftsmanship, care instructions, and brand stories clearly and confidently.
- Candidates should possess basic numeracy and POS handling skills, along with accuracy in billing, inventory updates, and cash/card transactions.
- Prior experience in fashion or luxury retail is highly beneficial, along with good spoken English and local language fluency.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree or certification in Fashion, Retail Management, or Business is an advantage.
