Hair Coach / Customer Experience Executive
Job Description
- Welcome walk-in customers and provide a warm, personalized experience.
- Understand customer concerns and assist them throughout the consultation process.
- Explain the treatment journey in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Assist customers in understanding doctor recommendations and proper product usage.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.
- Motivate customers to follow their treatment plans consistently.
- Encourage repeat visits and product reorders.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Track customer progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and concerns related to product usage and treatment results.
- Provide appropriate reassurance and escalate medical concerns to doctors when required.
- Maintain store hygiene, product displays, and inventory.
- Support smooth day-to-day clinic and store operations.
- Encourage customers to provide reviews, feedback, and testimonials.
- Maintain a high-quality customer experience and contribute to customer retention.
- Achieve assigned customer engagement, service, and sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer handling, sales, or service roles.
- Experience in retail stores, salons, wellness centers, or other customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable with targets, customer engagement, and regular follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools such as CRM and WhatsApp.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
