Compensation: Up to ₹40,000 CTC per month (based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance)
About the Role
Union Living is seeking a Residence Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential properties while delivering an outstanding resident experience.
This role requires a highly organized, customer-focused professional who can oversee property operations, lead on-ground teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure consistent service excellence across the residence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall day-to-day operations of the residence.
- Supervise and manage on-ground teams, including housekeeping, security, maintenance staff, and external vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents by ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns.
- Drive high standards of service quality and resident satisfaction.
- Oversee facility management, maintenance planning, and operational compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support occupancy, resident engagement initiatives, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor property upkeep, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company operating procedures.
- Track operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices.
- Prepare operational reports and ensure smooth communication with management.
Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, property management, co-living, student housing, hotels, managed residential communities, or facility operations.
- Experience leading operational teams, managing vendors, and overseeing residential or hospitality operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.

- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
