Key Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of the hotel property, including front desk operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
- Supervising and training staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the company's standards.
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and employees, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Implementing and overseeing operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive guest experience.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue and profitability, including pricing and marketing initiatives.
- Providing regular reports to senior management on attendance, key performance metrics, and making recommendations for improvement.
