Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Hiring - Should onbaord team of 5-10 team memebers
2. Sales & Target Achievement - Drive the team to achieve their KRAs and should have a proven track record of the same.
3. Business Growth & Strategy- Enhance business through innovative solutions and be accountable for cost v/s revenue
Qualifications & Requirements
• Graduate/MBA with 2-5 years of experience in sales in financial services industry.
• Currently should me managing team of atleast 5 people.
• Strong understanding of broking, demat products, PMS, margin funding, and related investment offerings.
• Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving ambitious targets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
