Role Description
a) Create company's image, successfully launch the products and establish the company in your territory in a short span of time and proper management of Super-Distributor.
b) To mobilise the team spirit in your entire region.
c) To guide your Field Manager and see that all Company's strategies and policies are implemented effectively in your region.
d) You should ensure that Super-Stockist under your control makes payment on 21st day, which is stipulated in the agreement.
e) The stockist of your area must maintain 45 days stock level and you must ensure that they make payments on stipulated due dates and at the same time you will be responsible to maintain cordial relations with the Health care professionals, Super stockists, Stockists and Retailers.
f) You will be responsible to plan Tour Programme of your Field Manager in such a way that areas are covered effectively and economically.
g) As a leader of your area, you will see that the Company grows at much faster rate than the industry.
h) From time to time, you will provide feed-back regarding happenings of your territories.
