ZingHR is an enterprise HR technology platform helping organizations transform their people, processes, payroll, talent, and workforce operations.
We are looking for a Head – North Region who can take complete ownership of the North India business and drive regional growth, P&L, enterprise sales, implementation, and customer success.
🎯 The Role
This is a builder-operator leadership role for someone who has experience selling and delivering Enterprise SaaS / HCM / HR Tech solutions and is equally comfortable driving new business, managing regional operations, and owning the customer journey post-sale.
What You'll Own
Own the complete regional P&L – revenue, margins, and delivery costs.
Drive new business development and enterprise/mid-market sales across HCM, HR Tech and adjacent SaaS.
Oversee end-to-end implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality go-lives.
Own Customer Success, including renewals, upsell/cross-sell and account health.
Build and lead teams across Sales, Implementation & Customer Success.
Develop strong relationships with key enterprise clients, partners and channel networks.
Work closely with Product, Technology and Delivery teams to bring market insights into the product roadmap.
🔍 What We're Looking For
8–15+ years of experience in Business Development / Enterprise Technology Sales.
Strong background in SaaS, HCM, HR Tech or Enterprise Technology preferred.
Proven experience owning a Regional / Business Unit P&L.
Experience managing customer-facing delivery, implementation, onboarding or customer success.
Strong understanding of CSAT, customer health, retention and expansion metrics.
Functional technical understanding of SaaS/HCM solutions and architecture.
Strong enterprise/mid-market network across North India.
High-energy, agile and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Passion for HR Tech and building businesses, rather than simply maintaining them.
