NXT Interactive is expanding into India, and we're building our Pharma & Healthcare Events business from the ground up. We're looking for one entrepreneurial leader to build it, own it, and grow it as an independent profit center.
To be clear: this is a full P&L leadership role, not an execution-only job. You will own the revenue, the margins, the delivery, and the growth of the India business. The upside is significant, and so is the accountability. The person who succeeds here will treat this P&L as their own.
What you'll own
- The full P&L for the Pharma & Healthcare Events vertical in India
- Business development, sales, and strategic partnerships
- End-to-end operations and project delivery
- Building and mentoring a high-performing team
- Business strategy and expansion, shaped alongside leadership
Who we're looking for
- 10+ years in pharma/healthcare events or experiential marketing
- A strong, active network across pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organizations, agencies, and industry stakeholders
- A proven track record of winning and delivering large-scale event projects
- Someone who thinks like a business owner and is ready to carry P&L responsibility
- Someone seeking a long-term commitment and a business to build, not a short-term seat to fill
