Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for managing day-to-day activities at project locations. The role includes supervising construction and fit-out work, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams, and ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The Site Supervisor monitors progress, manages site schedules, conducts regular inspections, and reports updates, risks, and issues to project managers. The position involves maintaining quality control, verifying material usage, supporting resolution of on-site challenges, and helping ensure timely completion of each phase of the project.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including experience overseeing construction or interior fit-out activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications, along with basic knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder communication and collaboration, including the ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management, scheduling, and progress tracking to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Candidates should possess skills in maintaining safety and quality standards on-site, including adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.
- Relevant experience in commercial, office, or retail fit-out projects is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi full time, with flexibility to manage extended hours when project timelines require.
