- Manage job postings across LinkedIn, Job Portals & Social Media
- Generate candidate & corporate client leads through digital channels
- Conduct LinkedIn, Email outreach
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook presence
- Create job ads & marketing creatives using Canva
- Use ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude & AI tools for research, content & lead generation
- Maintain databases, track leads & follow-ups
- Support recruitment teams with candidate sourcing campaigns
👤 WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✔ 2–5 years' experience in
Digital Marketing / Lead Generation / Recruitment Marketing / Business Development
✔ Strong LinkedIn & Social Media knowledge
✔ Proficiency in
Canva + AI tools
✔ Excellent communication, research & follow-up skills
✔ Proactive, target-oriented & independent
