ESH Décor & Events | Pune
ESH is a Pune-based wedding decor, event decor and production company known for creating immersive, design-led celebrations and experiences across weddings, social events and corporate functions.
We’re looking for a Business Development & Client Relations Executive who can build relationships, generate opportunities and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
This is a primarily on-field, client-facing role for someone who enjoys meeting people, networking, pitching ideas and closing business.
What You’ll Do
• Generate qualified business opportunities and new leads
• Meet clients and present ESH’s solutions and capabilities
• Build relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, venues, hotels and corporate clients
• Follow up on enquiries and manage opportunities through the sales cycle
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team on proposals
• Convert opportunities into confirmed projects and achieve business targets
• Develop new venue and industry partnerships
• Attend networking events, exhibitions and industry gatherings
• Maintain strong client relationships and generate repeat and referral business
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow-up tracker
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in Event Sales, Hospitality Sales, Venue Sales, Business Development, Client Servicing or Luxury Retail Relationship Sales
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
• Confidence in conducting client meetings and presentations
• Strong follow-up and sales pipeline discipline
• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with on-field sales
• Presentable, confident and professional personality
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth

Compensation
