We’re hiring | Field recruitment officer
J Group is looking for a recruitment professional who can take ownership of talent sourcing and help build the teams powering our growth.
What you’ll be doing
• Field-based talent sourcing and recruitment
• Building and strengthening teams
• Extensive local travel for recruitment activities
• Working closely with business leadership
What we’re looking for
• 2–4 years of experience preferred
• Graduate; MBA/HR preferred
• Experience in real estate or recruitment
• Comfortable with extensive field travel
• Strong ownership and people skills
Location: Hyderabad
Employment: Full-time | Field-intensive
Compensation: Fixed pay + performance incentives
