Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. This full-time, on-site role is based in South Delhi and will partner with leadership to design and implement HR policies, processes, and programs aligned with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment cycles, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, driving HR compliance and documentation, and supporting compensation and benefits administration. The role will also involve mentoring HR team members, analyzing HR data to improve organizational effectiveness, and fostering a healthy, inclusive workplace culture that supports high performance and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development.
- Experience in designing and executing learning and development initiatives and managing talent management programs.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, documentation, and best practices for compensation and benefits.
- Proven ability to use HR data and analytics to drive decisions, improve processes, and support organizational growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and levels.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing HR teams or functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
- 3-5 Years of Experience in healthcare, technology, or digital services sectors is beneficial, along with familiarity with the needs of diverse and multilingual employee populations.
