Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist – AI & Technology
Experience : 8–12 Years
Location : BKC office, Mumbai
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 8–12 years of experience in executive
search and technology recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hiring for AI,
Machine Learning, Data Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, and Digital Technologies.
The role requires expertise in identifying, engaging, and hiring niche technology talent through proactive
headhunting and market mapping.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for AI and technology positions across multiple levels.
Headhunt passive candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, X-Ray search, referrals, and other
sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of AI and technology professionals.
• Conduct market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitor research.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Negotiate offers and support the hiring process until onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
• Build long-term relationships with technology professionals and industry networks.
Required Skills
• Strong experience in AI and technology recruitment.
• Expertise in headhunting from tech and executive search.
Hands-on experience recruiting for AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps,
Cybersecurity, Software Development, ERP, and Digital Transformation roles.
• Excellent sourcing, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management abilities.
• Experience using, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, Boolean and X-Ray search techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in Talent Acquisition or Executive Search is an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML, AI, Generative AI, technology recruitment with significant
exposure to AI hiring.
• Proven track record of successfully closing niche and leadership technology roles.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
