Recruitment Consultant – Work From Home
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruitment Consultant to assist us with our end-to-end recruitment requirements.
Work Location: Work From Home / Online
Interview Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Engagement: Freelance on Assignment Basis
Key Responsibilities
- Create professional job descriptions and job posts based on our hiring requirements.
- Publish vacancies on suitable job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Monitor and screen applications/responses received.
- Prepare and maintain a structured candidate database and share regular updates with our management.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate screening.
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, communication skills, salary expectations, availability and suitability for the role.
- Filter and shortlist suitable candidates for further interviews.
- Coordinate with shortlisted candidates and invite them for in-person interviews at our Andheri office.
- Follow up with candidates and coordinate the interview process.
- Assist management in candidate selection, salary discussions and final hiring.
- Prepare and issue Offer Letters / Appointment Letters as instructed.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining date.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and provide regular status reports.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has prior experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Can independently handle the complete recruitment cycle.
- Has experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.
- Has good communication and candidate-interviewing skills.
- Is organised and capable of maintaining recruitment databases in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Can work independently from home and coordinate regularly with our management.
- Preferably has experience recruiting Sales, Marketing, Telecalling, Administrative and Office Staff.
- Candidates based in Mumbai will be preferred since occasional coordination at our Andheri office may be required.

This is a freelance work-from-home opportunity suitable for an experienced HR professional, independent recruiter, HR consultant or someone looking for flexible recruitment assignments.
