Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Delhi The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for prospecting and nurturing leads from MAGICBRICK, 99ACRES, conducting property showings, and guiding clients through the entire sales and purchase lifecycle. Daily tasks include advising clients on property options, pricing, and market trends; coordinating site visits; preparing and reviewing documentation; and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align client requirements with current and upcoming projects, negotiating terms in a fair and transparent manner, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience at every stage. The successful candidate will represent MegBuild’s brand values, uphold ethical practices, and support long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Property regulations and local real estate laws.
- Candidates should possess Real Estate market knowledge, including experience with residential properties in Delhi NCR and an understanding of pricing, demand, and neighborhood dynamics.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing techniques, and target-driven performance.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including relationship management, clear communication, and the ability to provide responsive, professional support to clients.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Hindi, and familiarity with CRM or property management tools are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, travel across Delhi NCR for client meetings and property visits, and maintain high ethical and professional standards is required.
