Role Description The Assistant Real Estate Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh, India. The role involves supporting senior agents with property listings, coordinating site visits, and assisting clients throughout the buying, selling, and renting process. Daily tasks include answering client inquiries, preparing basic documentation, maintaining property databases, and following up with leads. The Assistant Real Estate Agent will help create and update marketing materials for properties, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure that all client interactions are handled professionally. The role also includes gathering market information, tracking local real estate trends, and providing regular updates to the team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess relevant real estate credentials such as a Real Estate License and foundational Real Property knowledge.
- Candidates should possess strong Real Estate understanding, including familiarity with local market conditions and basic legal procedures.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, with the ability to support negotiations and convert leads into successful transactions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
- Additional qualifications: strong organizational and time-management skills, proficiency with office and CRM software, ability to work on-site and travel locally for property visits, and fluency in English and local languages.
- Prior experience in real estate, property sales, or a related field is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related discipline is an advantage.
