Hiring: Ramp Planning & Rostering Agent I Aviation
We are looking for RMS Agents to support aircraft turnaround and ground handling operations.
Location: Delhi
Experience: 2-3 Years (Relevant experience in airport operations / ground handling / manpower rostering)
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate aircraft turnaround and ground handling activities
• Plan and manage manpower rosters based on flight schedules
• Allocate manpower as per operational requirements
• Handle roster changes, absenteeism, and operational exigencies
• Monitor attendance, overtime, and shift compliance
• Coordinate with supervisors and operational teams
• Identify and escalate manpower shortages and operational risks
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety and operational procedures
