Designation: Senior Engineer – Material Handling Installation & Commissioning
Experience: 3 years
Location: Delhi/ Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Execute installation and commissioning activities for material handling systems at customer/project sites.
- Handle end-to-end project execution including:
- Equipment installation
- Mechanical and electrical integration
- Testing & commissioning
- System validation
- Performance trials
- Work on systems including:
- Conveyor systems
- ASRS systems
- Shuttle systems
- Payload handling equipment
- Warehouse automation systems
- Interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and customers during project execution.
- Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
- Support system integration and ensure smooth operational handover to customers.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Prepare installation reports, commissioning checklists, and technical documentation.
- Provide post-installation support and technical assistance during stabilization phases.
Required Skills & Competencies

- Experience in installation, alignment, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read:
- Mechanical drawings
- Electrical schematics
- Layout drawings
- Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, drives, and industrial automation systems.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites for long durations.
Qualifications: B.Tech- Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation
Experience working in logistics, warehouse automation, intralogistics, or industrial automation projects is preferred
