About the Project
The ATOM Project is a strategic business transformation initiative aimed at implementing a Territory Management solution using Salesforce Sales Cloud, leveraging the Sales Planning and Territory Planning capabilities. As part of the broader SAP S4C transformation landscape, the program replaces the need for a custom-built territory management application by adopting Salesforce native Sales Planning capabilities. The project involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, Salesforce consultants, SAP teams, and implementation partners across multiple countries and functions.
Responsibilities:
• Define and drive the overall QA strategy for Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
• Establish risk-based testing approaches aligned with business priorities and project objectives.
• Validate complex enterprise business processes spanning Salesforce, SAP-integrated solutions, and other enterprise applications, ensuring end-to-end business outcomes are met.
• Design, execute and coordinate system, integration, end-to-end, regression and UAT activities.
• Plan and execute end-to-end business process testing, ensuring seamless interactions across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.
• Identify quality risks early, lead defect triage discussions, and drive resolution across multiple teams and vendors.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, SAP teams and implementation partners.
• Provide transparent quality reporting and release readiness assessments.
• Contribute to test automation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key requirements:
• 7+ years of software quality assurance experience, including at least 3 years supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations. Candidates must have recent hands-on Salesforce experience and be actively working on or have delivered a Salesforce implementation within the last 2 years.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, business processes, and security models.
• Strong experience in integration testing and end-to-end business process testing across interconnected enterprise applications.
• Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience in enterprise-scale transformation or system implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and the ability to challenge requirements from a quality, risk, and testability perspective.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, business users, and process owners in defining and validating business requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams across different countries, cultures, and skill levels.
• Experience working in large-scale global delivery environments involving multiple vendors, distributed teams, and stakeholders from different countries.
Nice to have:
• Salesforce Sales Planning and Territory Planning experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security models, role hierarchy, sharing rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Test automation experience and automation mindset.
• Experience validating complex business data, data migration, data synchronization, or reporting solutions.
• Exposure to SAP-integrated landscapes.
