Job Description
- Strong experience in QA/Software Testing and Salesforce (SFDC), with Service Cloud experience mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Administration and Architecture.
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce UI, navigation, reports, page layouts, customizations, standard/custom objects, and tabs.
- Strong knowledge of test case design, defect lifecycle, regression, functional, and compatibility testing.
- Experience with JIRA/Zephyr and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with UFT/Selenium automation tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, C#, CSS, VBS, and SQL is preferred.
- Good understanding of web architecture, performance testing, and basic security testing.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
