Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce testing, automation, API/integration testing, and Copado Robotics Testing. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing automated test solutions for Salesforce applications and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional and regression testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and maintain automation using Selenium WebDriver; Java knowledge is an advantage.
- Work with Copado Robotics Testing (CRT) for Salesforce test automation.
- Perform API and integration testing involving MuleSoft and SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Test Salesforce Lightning components, including LWC, SOQL, Apex, and Flows.
- Identify, track, and manage defects using JIRA.
- Integrate automation testing with GitHub and Copado CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and Salesforce teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Execute end-to-end, regression, integration, and UAT support activities.
- Ensure quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations, including Fonteva.
Mandatory Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in QA / Test Automation, preferably with strong Salesforce testing experience.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
- Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Hands-on experience with Copado Robotics Testing (CRT).
- Experience in API and Integration Testing.
- Exposure to MuleSoft and/or SAP Commerce Cloud integrations.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Lightning, LWC, SOQL, Apex, and Flows.
- Experience with JIRA, GitHub, Copado CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Fonteva is required/preferred based on project needs.
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Certified AI Associate
- Copado Certified Robotics Engineer
