Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchasing Executive role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Purchasing Executive will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and tracking purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors for timely delivery of goods and services. The role involves negotiating prices and terms, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring purchases align with budget, quality, and compliance requirements. The Purchasing Executive will collaborate with internal teams to understand material and service requirements, monitor inventory levels, and support continuous improvement in purchasing processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Purchase Management, including handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
- Demonstrated experience in Procurement, supplier coordination, and basic negotiation.
- Effective Communication skills to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and familiarity with Construction Industry
- Knowledge of basic contract terms, pricing structures, and vendor evaluation methods.
- Experience in Construction Business is must
