Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Project Architect will lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept through completion, including design development, preparation of drawings, and review of technical documentation. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with interior designers and other consultants, managing project schedules, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the construction process. The role involves preparing and reviewing submittals, overseeing detailing and BIM models, and supporting sustainable design initiatives. The Project Architect will also participate in client meetings, present design solutions, and help resolve site-level issues in coordination with the project team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong architecture and design skills, with experience in commercial, corporate, or interior-focused projects.
- Candidates should possess expertise in design, documentation, and coordination.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of submittals and construction documentation processes, including coordination with contractors and vendors.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with sustainable design principles and, ideally, experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or comparable green building standards.
- Relevant qualifications include a professional degree in Architecture, proficiency in CAD and 3D visualization software, and strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience working on-site with multidisciplinary teams, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment will be beneficial.
