We are looking for a Project Manager to lead professional services engagements, ensure successful project delivery, and create outstanding customer experiences across a wide range of technology initiatives.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with customers, sales teams, technical specialists, and delivery teams, you will drive execution, manage risks, and ensure project outcomes align with customer and business objectives.
Your key responsibilities:
- Leading the successful delivery of technology and professional services projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations.
- Collaborating with customers, account teams, and technical specialists to define project requirements and execute delivery plans.
- Managing project governance, resource planning, risks, dependencies, and project health to ensure successful outcomes.
- Providing regular project communications, status reporting, stakeholder updates, and executive-level presentations.
- Building strong customer relationships while proactively addressing issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive delivery experience.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and project management best practices across the PMO and delivery community.
Job Requirements - Experience managing technology, cloud, software, consulting, or professional services projects in customer-facing environments.
- Strong project planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer objectives, risk management, and commercial considerations.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using project management and delivery platforms such as Microsoft Project, PSA tools, ServiceNow, or similar solutions.
