Program Manager
A Fortune 200 company building its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India
Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad — or Remote (India)
About the Company
A Fortune 200 enterprise is scaling its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to build out the centre's Program Management Office. Reporting into the GCC's leadership team, you will run a live portfolio spanning finance operations, supply chain, and technology workstreams rather than any single project. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As Program Manager, you will hold together a set of related projects and initiatives that individually have their own project managers, and be accountable for the combined business outcome those projects are meant to produce.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Coordination
- Coordinate a portfolio of interdependent projects across multiple functional teams
- Track cross-project dependencies, resourcing conflicts, and shared risks
- Translate the GCC's business priorities into a working programme roadmap
Stakeholder and Governance
- Run monthly steering reviews with functional heads and global leadership
- Maintain a single view of programme health, budget, and benefits realised
- Escalate and resolve conflicts between individual project managers' priorities
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7 to 12 years in project or program delivery, including multi-project ownership
- Experience coordinating work across finance, supply chain, or technology functions
- Comfort managing outcomes you influence more than directly control
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- PgMP, PMP, or an equivalent program-management certification
- Prior experience inside a GCC, shared-services, or captive delivery centre
- Familiarity with portfolio tools such as Planview, Clarity, or similar
