We are looking for an experienced Process Manager / Program Manager with strong expertise in Telecom Contract Lifecycle Management, Telecom Expense Management (TEM), vendor management, and spend optimization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle for telecom vendors and carrier agreements, including negotiation, execution, renewals, and closeout.
Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms, pricing, and SLAs.
Manage contract renewals, obligations, amendments, and documentation.
Oversee TEM processes, telecom billing, invoice validation, spend tracking, allocation, and forecasting.
Analyze telecom spend to identify cost trends, billing discrepancies, and optimization opportunities.
Drive cost optimization through rate negotiations, service consolidation, and elimination of unused/duplicate services.
Manage telecom asset, circuit, and service inventory.
Manage telecom vendor and carrier relationships and monitor SLA performance.
Lead billing disputes, service credits, contractual disagreements, and vendor escalations.
Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadences, and escalation processes.
Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
Provide executive-level reporting on contract status, vendor performance, spend, and risk.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in Program Management, Contract Management, Telecom Expense Management, or Vendor Management.
Strong experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), including contract negotiations and renewals.
Hands-on experience with Telecom Expense Management (TEM), billing, invoice management, and spend analysis.
Experience managing telecom assets, services, circuits, and inventory.
Strong background in vendor/carrier management and SLA management.
Proven experience in dispute resolution and cost optimization across telecom portfolios.
Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively across Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Technology teams.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
Experience with TEM platforms such as Asignet, Tangoe, Calero, MOBI, Cass Information Systems, or similar.
Knowledge of telecom carrier ecosystems, BSS/OSS, and network services.
Experience working in enterprise-scale, multi-vendor telecom environments.
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Experience supporting Fortune 500 or hyperscale clients is a plus.
