- Senior Virtual Event Marketing Specialist, you will own the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and performance of virtual events. You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development teams to create engaging digital experiences that generate pipeline, strengthen customer relationships, and build thought leadership.The ideal candidate has experience managing enterprise B2B virtual events, understands demand generation, and is passionate about creating memorable online experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesVirtual Event StrategyDevelop and execute the virtual events strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Build an annual calendar of webinars, executive roundtables, customer workshops, product launches, and virtual conferences.
- Identify new event formats and engagement strategies to increase audience participation and ROI.
- Event Planning & ExecutionManage end-to-end execution of virtual events from concept to post-event analysis.
- Coordinate speakers, moderators, internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
- Develop event timelines, run-of-show documents, rehearsal schedules, and contingency plans.
- Ensure flawless event execution with exceptional attendee experiences.
- Campaign ManagementCollaborate with marketing teams to create integrated multi-channel campaigns.
- Plan email campaigns, LinkedIn promotions, paid media, partner outreach, and nurture programs.
- Work with design teams to create landing pages, event assets, invitations, banners, and promotional content.
- Content DevelopmentPartner with subject matter experts to create compelling event agendas and presentations.
- Assist with webinar scripts, moderator notes, speaker briefs, and audience engagement strategies.
- Repurpose event content into blogs, videos, social media posts, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Audience EngagementDrive registrations and attendee engagement through innovative event experiences.
- Manage live Q&A sessions, polls, breakout rooms, networking activities, and audience interactions.
- Build executive-level experiences for customers, prospects, and partners.
- Marketing OperationsManage webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars, Microsoft Teams, ON24, Webex Events, Hubilo, Goldcast, or similar platforms.
- Maintain event registration systems and attendee communications.
- Work closely with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms to manage event data and follow-up campaigns.
- Analytics & ReportingTrack event KPIs including registrations, attendance, engagement, pipeline influenced, opportunities created, and ROI.
- Present post-event reports with actionable recommendations.
- Continuously optimize event performance using data-driven insights.
- Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
- Coordinate customer speakers, analyst participation, and partner sponsorships where applicable.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 6–10 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 4 years managing virtual events.
- Proven experience organizing enterprise webinars, executive briefings, virtual conferences, and customer events.
- Experience working with global audiences across multiple time zones.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
