Company Description Gifting Hues is a premium gifting boutique specializing in thoughtfully curated gift portfolios. At Gifting Hues, we collaborate closely with clients to design bespoke hampers and exceptional gifting experiences.
Gifting Hues needs a Creative Merchandiser & Sourcing Professional to be a part of the Core Team,
who would help us to hunt, curate & manage ICONIC products in our brand offerings.
The applicant should have an eye for details, able to mine the right set of unique products from the market & manage the existing inventory well.
Key Skills Needed,
- Align well with the brand ethos & business objectives
- Strong in market research, vendor management & sourcing
- Smart negotiation skills
- Multiple Catalogues development & management as per trends & business needs
- work closely & able to assist the business head with the right product assortments to build a brand exclusivity, legacy and a strong edge in the need driven market.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in roles such as product management, sourcing/procurement , catalog management, or merchandising.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with partners, internal teams and clear presentation of product information.
- Client centric skills to understand client needs, support sales presentations, and contribute to tailored gifting solutions.
- Sales Cycle awareness, identify internal + external market trends with the ability to align product offerings as per demand and business goals.
- A strong eye for details and strong organizational skills for managing multiple product lines and catalog updates.
- Comfortable with digital tools and platforms used for catalog management, e-commerce, or CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in gifting, retail, luxury goods, or e-commerce is an advantage.
Work Mode : Hybrid
Working Hours (Mon - Fri ) - 1000 -1900 hrs & Saturday 1000 - 1700 Hrs
