Role Description The Capital Raising Expert is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving fundraising initiatives and building strong relationships with current and prospective investors. This role includes identifying and qualifying potential capital sources, managing outreach campaigns, and maintaining an organized pipeline of investor conversations. The expert will prepare pitch materials, financial narratives, and data-driven presentations that clearly communicate Nirvest’s value proposition and growth potential. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating investor meetings, responding to due diligence requests, collaborating with internal teams to refine fundraising strategy, and providing regular reporting on fundraising progress. The Capital Raising Expert will also monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform target investor profiles and positioning.
Qualifications
- Experience in capital raising, fundraising, or investor relations.
- Proven capability in structured outreach to investors across venture capital, private equity, family offices, and strategic partners.
- Preferred to have VC, Family Office, PE ,Angel Investors in your network
