Job Title: Pre-Sales Cloud Solution Architect

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Pre-Sales Cloud Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, AWS, Hybrid Cloud, Virtualization, Backup, Security, and Modern Datacenter Solutions. The candidate will work closely with sales teams and customers to design, propose, implement, and support cloud and infrastructure solutions.
The ideal candidate must possess strong technical and customer-facing skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solution Design
- Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
- Design end-to-end cloud solutions on Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.
- Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and technical discussions.
- Prepare solution architecture diagrams, sizing, BOM/BOQ, effort estimation, and technical proposals.
- Develop migration, modernization, business continuity, and cloud adoption strategies.
- Support RFP, RFQ, and tender responses.
Implementation & Delivery
- Lead deployment and migration projects involving Azure, AWS, virtualization, and hybrid cloud.
- Configure cloud networking, identity management, security, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Work with project and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and prepare deployment documentation.
Technical Support & Optimization
- Provide L2/L3 support for cloud infrastructure and critical customer environments.
- Perform health checks, performance optimization, and cost optimization assessments.
- Troubleshoot cloud, networking, and security-related issues.
- Recommend continuous improvement and modernization initiatives.
