Job Description-
This role supports technical sales activities for electrical/electronic products and systems, bridging customer requirements with engineering solutions. The trainee will assist in client interactions, technical proposals, and product demonstrations, while building foundational knowledge of the company's product range and industry applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable technical solutions
- Support preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and product specifications
- Coordinate with design/engineering teams to address customer queries
- Assist in product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients
- Support pre-sales and post-sales technical documentation
- Help track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline data
- Build understanding of electrical/electronic products, applications, and market trends
Required Qualifications :
- M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field (recent post graduate, 0–1 year experience)
- Basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems and components
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for client visits, as required
Desired Skills
- Interest in sales and client-facing roles
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn business and commercial aspects of engineering products
