Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Gurugram. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels such as search, social, display, and affiliate platforms to drive qualified leads and revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, setting up and tracking performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with content, product, and sales teams to refine messaging and funnels. The role involves analyzing campaign data to generate insights, preparing regular performance reports, and recommending strategies to improve acquisition, retention, and ROI. The Performance Marketer will stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Bytescare’s marketing efforts remain competitive and aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in performance marketing, including paid search (PPC), paid social, display advertising, and remarketing.
- Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, marketing attribution platforms, and A/B testing tools.
- Experience with campaign management platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and basic understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to interpret data, build dashboards or reports, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and lead nurturing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or brand protection domains is an advantage.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-centric environment.
