Performance Marketing Intern
Location: Gurgaon — IFC, M3M
Work Mode: Work from Office
Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30/11:00 PM
Type: Full-time Internship
About Balistro
Balistro is a performance marketing company helping brands grow through Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and data-driven marketing.
We work with different brands and industries, giving interns an opportunity to learn how real marketing campaigns are planned, executed, and optimized.
What You'll Do
- Assist the team with Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Track key metrics and identify what is working and what isn't
- Help with campaign research, audience research, and competitor analysis
- Support the team with campaign optimization and testing
- Work closely with the performance marketing team and learn through hands-on work
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills — this is a must
- Strong interest in digital marketing and performance marketing
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Freshers and students with a strong interest in marketing are welcome
