Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Noida for a Patient Care Executive The Patient Care Executive will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, care coordination, medical terminology, doctor Tyups, and patient care-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Patient Management & Registration at the Clinic.
- Patient Follow-up & Record Updation.
- Patient Feedback / Reviews Management.
- Strong skills in appointment scheduling and phone etiquette.
- Experience in care coordination and patient care.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
