Role Description The Property Investment Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for advising clients on residential and commercial property investments. Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, conducting market research, evaluating property options, and presenting tailored investment strategies. The consultant will manage end-to-end client interactions, from initial consultation to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with developers, brokers, and other stakeholders, preparing investment proposals, and regularly tracking market trends and returns. The consultant is expected to work closely with the internal team to meet sales targets and contribute to the firm’s reputation for trustworthy, professional service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Investments skills to analyze property deals and returns.
- Candidates should possess Financial Planning and Investment Strategies skills to design suitable portfolios for different client profiles.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to manage client relationships and provide ongoing support.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with capacity to explain complex investment concepts clearly.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or financial advisory is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of local property regulations, RERA guidelines, and market trends in Noida and surrounding regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate or investment advisory are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and meet performance targets ethically and professionally.
