About the role
We are seeking an experienced, full-time on-site Restaurant Manager for our outlet in G Block, Hauz Khas Market, Delhi (Nearest Metro: Hauz Khas) with an immediate joining date and a compensation package of INR 50,000 – 60,000 per month (CTC). In this role, you will oversee complete daily operations across front and back-of-house teams, enforce strict SOPs and food safety protocols, manage inventory, par stocks, vendor relationships, and operational costs, while leading, training, and scheduling staff to foster a positive work culture. The ideal candidate possesses proven hospitality leadership experience, exceptional communication and customer service skills, basic financial and inventory management acumen, and the flexibility to work weekend and holiday shifts in a fast-paced environment to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
