Role Description The Restaurant Manager at Gola Sizzlers is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient service. This full-time, on-site role in Preet Vihar includes supervising staff, managing schedules, supporting hiring and training, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. The Restaurant Manager will monitor guest satisfaction, handle customer feedback, and coordinate with the kitchen team to manage orders and service flow. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, supporting cost control, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, and contributing to promotional activities to improve restaurant performance.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to manage guest feedback professionally.
- Experience in Hiring and team supervision, including training and motivating staff.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including basic food safety and hygiene practices.
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in daily operations.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, cash handling, and cost control.
