📢 Hiring: Part-Time Technical & Placement Trainer
Are you passionate about teaching, mentoring and helping students become industry-ready?
We are looking for Part-Time Technical & Placement Trainer to support students through an integrated placement readiness program covering communication, technical skills, reasoning, AI, debugging and problem-solving.
🔹 Role Details
📌 Role: Part-Time Technical & Placement Trainer
📌 Engagement: Part-Time / Training Assignment
📌 Session Duration: Typically 3 hours per day
📌 Program Duration: Typically 30 days
📌 Mode: As per institute/program requirements
Please note: The topics covered, session duration and overall training period may vary depending on the requirements of the respective institute/program.
🔹 What will you do?
• Facilitate training sessions and guide students through the prescribed learning content
• Explain difficult concepts and demonstrate practical problem-solving approaches
• Support students across communication, AI literacy, technical fundamentals, debugging, AI-assisted coding, logical reasoning and situational problem-solving
• Monitor student participation, progress and completion
• Conduct/invigilate assessments as applicable
• Review common mistakes and help students improve
• Identify students requiring additional support
• Escalate content, platform or technical issues when required
You do not need to teach every topic from scratch. The digital course content is the primary learning resource; your role is to explain, demonstrate, clarify, motivate and monitor students effectively.
🔹 What are we looking for?
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills
✅ Experience in training, teaching, mentoring or student engagement
✅ Ability to simplify and explain concepts effectively
✅ Comfort with technical/programming concepts
✅ Good logical and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to manage a classroom/batch effectively
✅ A student-first and encouraging approach
✅ Comfortable working with technology-enabled learning platforms
Candidates with experience in programming, AI/ML, technical training, aptitude/reasoning, communication skills or placement training will be preferred.
