Role Description The Hiring C Programming Trainer (M Tech) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The trainer will design and deliver structured C programming courses, including lectures, hands-on lab sessions, and project-based learning for learners at different levels. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials and assessments, conducting interactive sessions, monitoring learner progress, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring. The role also involves updating course content to reflect current industry standards, collaborating with the training and HR teams on batch planning and reporting, and ensuring a professional, inclusive, and outcomes-focused learning environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as Technical Trainers with strong Technical Training capabilities in C programming.
- Background in Training & Development, including curriculum design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs.
- Strong Communication and Training skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engage diverse learner groups.
- M Tech or equivalent postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Solid hands-on expertise in C programming (data structures, algorithms, pointers, memory management, file handling, and debugging).
- Experience delivering classroom-based technical training for students, freshers, or corporate professionals.
- Ability to create practical assignments, projects, and assessments aligned with industry expectations.
- Proficiency with development tools, IDEs, and version control systems commonly used in C programming environments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a learner-centric approach.
- Prior exposure to corporate training, edtech, or institutional consulting is an added advantage.
