Role Description The Freelance Technical Trainer will deliver full-time, on-site/On line training programs for clients in India and Globally The role involves designing and updating technical training content, conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions, and adapting materials to different learner groups and skill levels. The trainer will assess participant needs, create training schedules, and use varied instructional methods to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, facilitating interactive sessions, evaluating learner performance, gathering feedback, and reporting training outcomes to client and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Technical Training and Technical Trainers experience.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training program delivery.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging diverse learner groups.
- Experience designing curricula, lesson plans, and training assessments is beneficial.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site with clients and manage full-time training schedules is required.
- A relevant technical degree, professional certifications, or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
- Domain expertise may be in Chemical, Mechnical, Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology, AI, LLM, Robotics, Management, Banking, Project Management, Pharma , Supply chain.
