Role Description The Softskills Trainer will deliver engaging, structured sessions that help school students build communication, spoken English, confidence, public speaking, leadership, and personality development skills. This full-time on-site role, located in Telangana, India, involves planning lesson content, creating practical activities, and using interactive methods to make sessions participatory and outcome-driven. The trainer will track student progress through assessments and checkpoints, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with the BE7X team to refine program materials based on classroom experiences. Responsibilities also include maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment, supporting student recognition initiatives, and ensuring consistent implementation of BE7X’s training standards across assigned schools.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and spoken English skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to school students.
- Experience in training, teaching, or facilitation, ideally in soft skills, personality development, or public speaking.
- Ability to design and deliver interactive, activity-based sessions that keep students engaged and motivated.
- Skill in providing constructive feedback, assessing student progress, and documenting learning outcomes.
- Comfort working on-site in schools across Telangana, with flexibility to manage multiple batches or sessions.
- Empathy, patience, and a student-centered approach, especially when working with learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic proficiency in digital tools for session planning, reporting, and coordination with the BE7X team.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education, psychology, communications, or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in school-based programs, edtech, or youth development is preferred but not mandatory.
