Organic Brand Growth Lead - Social Media, Community & Customer Experience

Role Overview
We’re looking for an Organic Lead who understands that digital/social media is not distribution — it’s relationship building.
You will be responsible for shaping Camia’s organic presence across platforms and building a thoughtful, engaged, intelligent community around the brand.
This is not meme marketing.
This is philosophy-led growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute Camia’s organic social strategy (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, emerging platforms)
- Build and nurture community conversations aligned with brand philosophy
- Drive meaningful engagement (not vanity metrics)
- Influencer and UGC Content management
- management of innovative formats like Podcast, webinar, exclusive content with experts in personal care
- Develop content calendars rooted in brand thinking
- Manage comments, DMs, and customer conversations with empathy
- Translate product science into simple, human language
- Identify and collaborate with aligned creators (not trend-chasers)
- Track organic KPIs and community health metrics
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years in organic social / community roles (D2C preferred)
- Strong understanding of storytelling + brand voice
- Experience scaling organic growth without aggressive tactics
- Ability to think long-term brand, not short-term spikes
- High emotional intelligence
- Deep understanding of Instagram ecosystem
- Bonus: experience in personal care / wellness / biology-led brands
