We’re Hiring | Category Head / Category & Growth Lead – Skincare
A leading D2C Health & Wellness Company is looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Category Leader – Skincare to own the category from product ideation and development to launch, growth, and P&L.
📍 Location: Gurugram | Work from Office

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Own the complete skincare category strategy, roadmap, and growth plans.
• Identify new product opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, and scientific innovation.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to market launch.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Packaging, Sourcing, Regulatory, Marketing, and Growth teams.
• Develop compelling product positioning, consumer storytelling, and launch strategies.
• Own the category P&L and drive revenue and growth targets.
• Analyze product performance and continuously optimize the product portfolio.
• Translate ingredient science and formulation benefits into simple, consumer-friendly communication.
• Drive category growth through repeat purchases, cross-selling, new launches, and category expansion.
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
✔️ 4–10 years of experience in Skincare, Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or FMCG.
✔️ Strong track record of launching multiple skincare or beauty products.
✔️ Strong understanding of skincare formulations, ingredients, and ingredient science.
✔️ Proven experience in category growth and commercial performance.
✔️ Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and beauty innovation.
🌟 Industry Preference
