Light Up Beauty is a fast-growing Indian beauty and wellness brand creating innovative, effective and aesthetically beautiful products that bring together modern beauty, wellness and Ayurveda. From our bestselling Blue Masala Chai to our skincare range, we’re building a brand that is bold, contemporary and constantly evolving. We’re looking for an Operations Manager who can bring structure, efficiency and ownership to our growing business.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our order, inventory and marketplace operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage order processing and dispatches across our website and various marketplaces.
* Monitor and manage RTOs (Return to Origin), returns and order cancellations, and identify ways to reduce them.
* Coordinate with courier/logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.
* Manage inventory across warehouses, websites and marketplaces, ensuring stock levels are accurate and updated.
* Maintain detailed inventory and operations records in Microsoft Excel.
* Prepare and maintain regular inventory, sales, dispatch and operational reports.
* Be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas and other commonly used functions.
* Schedule and manage shipments on Amazon and coordinate marketplace fulfilment requirements.
* Monitor marketplace orders and ensure there are no pending, delayed or unprocessed orders.
* Coordinate with internal teams, warehouse teams and external vendors to resolve operational issues quickly.
* Track stock movement, inward/outward inventory and discrepancies.
* Assist in demand planning and stock replenishment to avoid both overstocking and stock-outs.
* Maintain accurate operational documentation and reports.
* Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and implement systems to make operations faster and more streamlined.
* Take ownership of day-to-day operational issues and ensure they are resolved promptly.
What We’re Looking For
* 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, D2C, FMCG, beauty, wellness or a related industry.
* Strong hands-on experience with e-commerce order management and marketplaces.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
* Strong understanding of inventory management, dispatches, RTOs and returns.
* Experience with Amazon Seller Central and preferably other marketplaces.
* Excellent coordination and communication skills.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Someone who is hands-on, proactive and takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
* Ability to analyse operational data and identify problems before they become bigger issues.
