Operations Manager - Hubode Living
Hubode Living, Kerala's first coliving brand, is hiring an Operations Manager for our Kozhikode location.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across properties, ensuring service quality and guest satisfaction
- Manage housekeeping, maintenance, front-desk, and staff schedules
- Coordinate vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards
- Monitor budgets and control operational costs
- Handle guest/resident escalations and resolve issues promptly
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management of on-ground staff
- Implement and improve SOPs for consistent service delivery
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline, OR Undergraduate degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality operations strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with hands-on, on-site operational work
