We’re Hiring | Customer & Operations Executive
We’re looking for someone who can be at the centre of our customers, sales, and daily operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, coordinating work, and making sure things actually get done.
What you’ll be doing:
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages & customer enquiries
• Understand customer requirements and provide the right information
• Follow up with leads and handle outbound sales calls
• Coordinate orders, production and deliveries
• Maintain customer and order records
• Coordinate with the design and production teams
• Assist with day-to-day business operations
• Follow up on pending enquiries, orders and payments
• Help improve our internal processes as we grow
Who we’re looking for:
• Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
• Organized, responsible and good at follow-ups
• Basic computer and office software skills
• Sales/customer service experience is a plus
• Prior experience in operations, customer support, sales or administration is preferred
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, dependable and willing to take ownership.
Location: Kozhikode, Kerala
Position: Full-time

Salary Range: Rs.15000 - 17000 Basic plus incentives and bonuses.
