Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across Prustel Living properties, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, resident satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi includes coordinating with property staff, vendors, and service providers, managing housekeeping and maintenance schedules, and monitoring occupancy and resource utilization. The role involves implementing and improving operational processes, handling resident queries and concerns, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies. The Operations Manager will also support budgeting and cost control, analyze operational performance, and collaborate with leadership to enhance the overall living experience and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in operations management, hospitality, property management, or co-living/hostel management.
- Strong skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to manage facilities, maintenance activities, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Competence in planning, organizing, and improving processes, with attention to detail and quality.
- Proficiency in using basic office software and property management tools or systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, with flexibility to visit different properties as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in student housing, co-living, or similar residential communities is an advantage.
