About Us
Shivanjali Renewables Pvt. Ltd. is a growing solar energy company committed to delivering reliable, high-quality installations for our customers. We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Executive to lead our project execution on the ground.
About the Role
As an Operations Executive, you’ll be the backbone of our installation process — responsible for end-to-end project execution, from site survey to final handover. You’ll coordinate with Sales, manage on-site teams, ensure safety compliance, and make sure every project is completed on time and to standard.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site surveys and assess installation feasibility
• Plan and allocate installation tasks to the site team
• Oversee day-to-day execution of ongoing projects
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and PPE usage at every site
• Coordinate with Sales and Accounts for smooth project handover and closure
• Manage installation tools, equipment and material logistics
• Track project status and update records in the company system
• Conduct quality checks and customer walkthroughs upon project completion
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and escalate where necessary
What We’re Looking For
• Prior experience in solar installation, electrical work, or project execution (preferred)
• Strong on-ground problem-solving and team coordination skills
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer/project sites
• Basic understanding of electrical safety and installation practices
• Valid driving license (preferred)
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
